Shipping Policy


– Regular order dispatch is every Monday to Friday at 1:00pm (AEST).

– If you place an order after 1:00pm (AEST) on a Friday, expect it to be dispatched the following week on Monday. We do not dispatch on weekends.

– Regular order dispatch days and times do not apply to public holidays throughout the year either.

We ship via Flat Rate (Parcel Post Standard) up to 5-7 Business Day’s Delivery Australia Wide (NO FREIGHT PROTECTION) and up to 16-20 Business Day’s Delivery International World Wide. Shipping delivery times can be calculated here:

MEDLABSAU will not be liable for any lost/stolen/damaged items.

When you make an order via our website it is processed ASAP and shipped out to you from our Australian based facility. Please ensure there is a safe place for the delivery person to leave the package. A residential ‘house’ address is best preferred for efficient delivery.

*This package will NOT fit in an apartment/condominium letter box so this is your responsibility. We are not liable for the address which you provide us with.

Please ensure for this method to work, that you have matching photo identification when going to pick up this item from the post office box. This is the only way that this method will work successfully and you will NOT have any issues when picking up your package. We can ship to any post office box worldwide.

We can ship to virtually any address within AUSTRALIA. 100% success rate. If your package does not show up after 7-14 business days please contact us immediately and we will investigate further.

We ship internationally. It is YOUR responsibility that due to certain restrictions in other countries to check prior to ordering. In most cases we have 100% success rate and have never had any issues.

In the rare occasion, if your package is seized and you can prove this with physical evidence from the customs authorities we will re-ship your same order for no extra charge once only. Your items will be re-packaged appropriately according to your customs standards which you are to provide us with to further assist us in ensuring you receive your order.

If your package does not show up ‘after’ 16-20 business days please contact us immediately and we will investigate further.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Postage date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please remember that the shipping estimated date of arrival does not necessarily mean that you are guaranteed to receive your order within that time frame. Unfortunately we cannot control the postage/courier companies so please bare with us and we appreciate your understanding.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The weight of any such item in our store is approx 50 grams. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollar.

On the rare occasion if the postage company indicates that your order has been delivered but you state you have not received it. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands and therefore a refund, re-ship, store credit or coupon code cannot be given. We are not liable for this reason by any means. This is purely to avoid customers from scamming us.

Due to security reasons and keeping the anonymity of our business safe we do not provide tracking numbers. Our team will however keep tracking numbers on file to ensure your package is delivered and in the rare case avoiding customers trying to scam us.
